Big bean and sausage casserole recipe

Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 precooked Sausages any flavor
2 large Onion chopped
2 big Carrots chopped
1 can of baked Beans
1 cup sliced Mushrooms optional
1 cup Beef Broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Salt , to taste
Black Pepper , to pepper

Heat oil in a large fry pan on a medium heat add sausages and cook until brown then take out of the pan. Add onions, mushrooms carrots and cook until soft, stir in flour and add baked beans.

Mix well and add stock, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Cut up sausages and return to pan season with salt and pepper and simmer on low until the sauce has thickened. Serve with boiled potatoes and anything green or bread.
