Cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse. |

In a pan, while using the back of a wooden spoon to break up the meat, fry the hamburger until browned. Drain. |

Over moderate heat in a pan, combine the drained pasta with the browned hamburger, milk, butter, corn syrup, ketchup, and cheese. |
