½ pound Broccoli

3 cloves Garlic

¼ cup Soy Sauce

1 large Orange Juice

Season beef with salt and pepper. Coat beef with cornstarch. |

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium-high heat, then stir-fry beef and ginger for 1–2 minutes. Transfer beef to a bowl, cover, and set aside. |

Add remaining oil to the hot wok. Add broccoli and garlic and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Take care not to burn garlic. |

Pour soy sauce, orange juice, water, and red pepper into the wok with the broccoli and bring to a boil. Return the cooked beef to the wok. Stir until sauce thickens, about 2–3 minutes. |
