small bunch seedless black and green Grapes

12 unsulfured dried Apricots

¼ cup blanched Almonds

Black Pepper

For the Dressing

1 tbsp Walnut Oil

1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Place the bean sprouts in the bottom of a large salad bowl and sprinkle the grapes and apricots on top. |

Place the oils and vinegar in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously to mix. Pour over the salad. |
