Actually the way to cook almost any meat, but pork… but still rebryshki…mmm…delicious! The whole point of the recipe is in the marinade: sweet and sour notes combined with sharp, spicy taste!

For the marinade, mix the honey with soy sauce and olive oil, squeeze the lemon juice. Pepper cut into thin rings (if you want a true "fire mouth" - don't throw away the seeds!), garlic plates, add the herbs, lemon zest (not granulate) and mix well with the meat. Wine to add flavor itself is very rich. Cover the bowl with film and leave at room temperature for marinating more than 2 hours - refrigerate. |
