3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 sliced Onion
2 minced Garlic cloves
1 lb peeled and sliced Potatoes
3 diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp Brandy
Salt
Black Pepper to taste
2 cups Fish Broth
1 cup White Wine
1 seeded and chopped Chili Pepper
4 Tuna steaks cut into bite-sized pieces

Heat the oil in a large pan.

Sauté the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the brandy, broth, wine, chili pepper, salt and pepper.

Bring the liquid to a boil, and then reduce heat to a simmer.
