2 cups Fish Broth

1 seeded and chopped Chili Pepper

Heat the oil in a large pan. |

Sauté the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. |

Stir in the chopped tomatoes and potatoes and cook for 2 minutes. |

Add the brandy, broth, wine, chili pepper, salt and pepper. |

Bring the liquid to a boil, and then reduce heat to a simmer. |
