2 x fresh medium sized organic Banana

1 pinch of freshly ground Rock Salt
Directions
Banana crisps really are the simplest of snacks to prepare and make. Just one ingredient aside from optional rock salt. They are visually stunning once cooked and are a big hit with all guests at any party.

Position a rack centrally in your oven and place a baking tray, covered with a sheet of baking paper. Set the oven to 100C (210F). |

Slice the two bananas in to 3-4 mm thick slices (1/8”) and lay on the baking sheet. |

Bake until golden for 2 to 3 hours, turning each slice over half way through. |

Leave to crisp and harden for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, then eat. |
