3 Bramley Apples

4 tablespoons (60 g) Salted Butter

4 tablespoons (60 g) Maple Syrup

¾ cup (80 g) mixed chopped Nuts

½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground Ginger

¼ teaspoon ground Allspice
Directions
Cooking apples in the multi-cooker is a really quick way to create a tasty dessert. They’re moist and full of flavour.

Remove the core from the apples. In a bowl, mix together the butter, maple syrup, nuts and spices. Cut three large squares of foil and place an apple upright on each. Fill the cored hole with the nut mixture. Wrap the apples in the foil. |

Place 250 ml/1 cup water in the multi-cooker. Place the trivet in the pot and the foil-wrapped apples on top of the trivet. |

Secure the lid in place and set to Manual or High Pressure for 10–15 minutes, depending on the size of the apples (very large apples will need the full 15 minutes). At the end of cooking, use the QPR method, then serve. |
