1, 18 ounce pack of Hawaiian Rolls

2 cups of sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 pound of lean ground Beef

1 White Onions

2 cloves of Garlic

1/3 cup of Pickles

½ cup of Ketchup

1 tablespoon of Yellow Mustard

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce

½ teaspoons of Salt

¼ teaspoons of Black Pepper

6 slices of Bacon

For the Glaze
-
½ cup of Butter

3 Tablespoons of light Brown Sugar
-
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce

2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard

1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. |

Slice open the Hawaiian rolls and place the bottoms into a baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the bottom buns. |

In a skillet set over medium to high heat, add in the lean ground beef and onion. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the beef is cooked. Add in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. |

Add in the pickles, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Pour over the top of the bottom buns. |

Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and remaining sharp cheddar cheese over the top. Cover with the top buns. |

Prepare the glaze. In a bowl, add in the butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Whisk to mix. Pour over the sliders. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top. |

Place into the oven to bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. |
