In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients and mix well. |

Pour this mixture into the prepared crust; bake for 15 minutes while you prepare the topping. |

In a blender or food processor combine margarine, maple syrup, date sugar, extract, & cinnamon. Cream this mixture for 2 minutes. |
