Directions
This is a simple, yet very delicious and delicate in the mouth. This Arroz Con Leche dish is very sweet and simple; the warm raisin and cinnamon flowers would be a delight for your tongue too. The most interesting part is that unlike most other dishes, it is great even when served cold!
This recipe is a classic Latin American desert, and you know that anything Latin American is great for the tongue. It is made with rice, milk, condensed milk, sugar, lime zest and cinnamon. There are many variations to the original recipe, so if other recipes have some different ingredients from this, it is just a variation of the dish; it is all about preferences.
