2 tablespoons (30 ml) Vegetable Oil

2 tablespoons (26 g) superfine Sugar

2 tablespoons (14 g) ground Cinnamon

2 tablespoons (16 g) powdered Sugar

¼ teaspoon (1.3 ml) Vanilla Extract

With a pastry brush, brush oil on one side of each crepe. |

In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over the oiled crepes. Roll into a wrap. You can brush more oil on the edges to help seal, if needed. |

Cut each wrap into pieces and lay fl at with cinnamon swirls showing. |

Mix together powdered sugar and vanilla. Add a drop of water if needed to achieve a good consistency for drizzling. With a spoon, drizzle powdered sugar mixture over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately. |
