For the Vegetables Filling

6-8 Asparagus

6 Carrots

1 red Bell Peppers

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse 3-4 times to chop them into small rice size. Place the ingredients in a glass bowl for 1 hour to marinate. |

Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and a little oil and let them for 30 minutes to marinate. |

Place a nori sheet over a sushi mat. |

Apply a thin rice layer letting 1 inch free space at the front and the back side. |
