1 cup of Sugar

Preheat the oven to 150˚-180˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the silicone pie pan with the butter. |

Beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and grows in volume at least two times. |

Spoon the almond flour and beat the eggs mixture for 10 min. more. Then mix in the baking powder, vanilla, almond extract and mix in the apples. |

Pour the mixture into the silicone pie pan and place the almonds on top, then bake the pie for 50 min. to serve. |
