1 small red Bell Peppers

1 small Jalapeno Pepper

2 cups chopped deli rotisserie Chicken

2 tablespoons chopped fresh Cilantro

In 3-quart saucepan, stir together all ingredients except chicken and cilantro. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered 3 to 5 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender. |

Stir in chicken. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until chicken is hot. Just before serving, add cilantro. |
