¾ cup (130 g) Bittersweet Chocolate

Generous pinch of Kosher Salt

¾ cup (110 g) salted roasted Peanuts
Directions
A buttery peanut butter and sugar base is topped with a layer of chocolate ganache and crushed salted peanuts in these winning candy bars. Make the day ahead, refrigerate, and serve cold as the perfect finish to a dinner party or an after-school snack for the kids.

Whisk together the peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar in a small bowl until smooth. Pour hot milk over the chocolate chips in another small bowl and whisk to combine. |

To compile, spread the peanut butter mixture in an even layer in a 1.5-quart (1.5-l) square casserole dish. Top with the warm chocolate mixture and spread to level. Pulse the peanuts in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade until coarsely chopped, or mash aggressively with a manual masher to break into coarse chunks. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the chocolate. Refrigerate overnight, covered. Before serving, cut into small squares with a sharp knife. Serve cold. |
