Directions
A light glaze of sweet honey, English mustard, soy sauce and lime juice enhances the taste of catfish without overpowering its mild flavor.

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir. Set to one side. |

Lightly mist a frying pan or skillet with cooking spray and fry the catfish fillets on both sides until the fish flakes easily when using a fork. |

Remove the catfish from the skillet. |

Add honey-soy mixture to the frying pan and allow to simmer for 60 seconds. |
