Melt white chocolate candy melts in a candy melting electric pot according to the package instructions, or in the microwave at 30-second increments. |

Use a knife to slice off the leafy top of the strawberry and discard. Dip the freshly cut top of the strawberry into the melted white chocolate. |

Dip the warm, chocolate-covered strawberry bottom into the sprinkles and use your hand to slightly press sprinkles into the chocolate. Place the strawberry, sprinkle side down, on a piece or parchment paper or Silpat and refrigerate until chocolate hardens, approximately 5 minutes. |

Using a small amount of melted chocolate, dip your mini marshmallows into the melted chocolate and place on top of the strawberries. Place strawberries back onto a Silpat or piece of parchment paper and place in refrigerator until chocolate hardens, approximately 2–3 minutes. |
