1⁄4 cup Butter

1 (10-ounce) bag of Marshmallows

5 cups of Rice Cereal

1⁄2 cup shredded Coconut

1–2 drops Wilton Green Food Colors

10–30 Easter Egg Candies

Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium-low heat. |

Add marshmallows and stir until melted. |

Pour melted marshmallows over cereal and mix until combined. |

While rice cereal is still warm use your hands to form a small nest. I rolled the rice cereal into a ball and then used my thumbs to create an indent in the middle of the ball. My nests were about 4 inches wide but you can make them smaller or bigger. |

Place nests on a piece of parchment paper or Silpat and allow to cool, approximately 5 minutes. |

Mix coconut flakes and green color gel in a small bowl with your fingers until all flakes are colored green. |

Place a tablespoon of coconut flakes into each nest. You may need more or less depending on how big you made your nests. |

Place Easter egg candies on top and serve. |
