1 cup rolled Oat Flour

2 cups Tuna

Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high flame. Stir in onion and sauté until translucent. Add in garlic paste and cook for a minute. |

Then, add in tuna flakes, salt and pepper. Cook for few minutes while stirring occasionally. |

Once done, remove the pan from heat and keep aside. |

Heat rest of the olive oil in large non-stick pan over medium-high flame. |

Whisk eggs in large bowl until frothy. Add in oat flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour ½ of this mix in the pan with hot oil. Add in prepared tuna mix and pour rest of the egg mix over it. Cover the pan with a lid and it simmer over low heat until a layer is formed on the top and bottom is cooked. Then, flip it to other side and cook until done. |

Once done, remove the pan from heat and transfer the pizza to a serving platter. Cut the pizza into 8 equal slices. Serve hot! |
