Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
6 whole organic Egg
1 cup rolled Oat Flour
2 cups Tuna flakes
1 large Onion , finely chopped
1 tsp Garlic paste
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Olive Oil for greasing
Salt
Black Pepper to taste

Egg and oat flour omelet stuffed with stir fried tuna!

Steps

Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high flame. Stir in onion and sauté until translucent. Add in garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Then, add in tuna flakes, salt and pepper. Cook for few minutes while stirring occasionally.

Once done, remove the pan from heat and keep aside.

Heat rest of the olive oil in large non-stick pan over medium-high flame.

Whisk eggs in large bowl until frothy. Add in oat flour, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour ½ of this mix in the pan with hot oil. Add in prepared tuna mix and pour rest of the egg mix over it. Cover the pan with a lid and it simmer over low heat until a layer is formed on the top and bottom is cooked. Then, flip it to other side and cook until done.

Once done, remove the pan from heat and transfer the pizza to a serving platter. Cut the pizza into 8 equal slices. Serve hot!
