To prepare coconut cream: place whip coconut milk, Greek yogurt, remaining honey, and collagen peptides in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. |

Pour 3 tablespoons of coconut cream into popsicle molds and alternate wit 1 tablespoon of fruit mixture. |
