1 small handful mixed Lettuce

1 Wholemeal Wrap

2 Kalamata Olives

Place the tuna, onion and parsley in a small bowl and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. |

Place the lettuce, lemon zest and juice in another small bowl and toss gently to combine. |

To serve, place the wrap on a serving plate and place the tuna mixture, lettuce mixture, olives and tomato down the middle. Fold over the end and roll up to enclose the filling. |
