Heat oil in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; cook, stirring, until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Add chicken; cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 7 minutes. |

Add tomatoes without juice, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne to the Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir in beans; simmer until heated through, about 3 minutes longer. |
