3 Tablespoons of Guinness blonde Beer

1 Yellow Onion

Dash of Salt

½ teaspoons of white Sugar

¼ cup of Guinness blonde Beer

8 to 9 slices of Bacon

2 to 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
Directions
These delicious and filling burgers are made with caramelized onions, plenty of Swiss cheese, bacon and topped off on a potato roll.

In a skillet set over medium heat, add in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add in the sliced onion. Season with a dash of salt and white sugar. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until gold and caramelized. |

Add in ¼ cup of the Guinness blonde beer. Continue to cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes. |

In a separate skillet set over medium heat, add in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. |

Shape the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Place into the skillet. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked to your desired doneness. Add in 3 tablespoons of the Guinness blonde beer. Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes on each side. |

Transfer the patties onto hamburger buns. |
