1/3 cup chopped Walnuts
1/3 cup raw Pumpkin Seeds
¼ cup raw Wheat Germ
¼ cup flaked, sweetened Coconut
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 tsp ground Cinnamon

1 grated Orange Zest
½ cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 300°F. Spray a 10½" × 15½" jelly-roll pan with nonstick spray.

Mix all ingredients except raisins in a medium bowl. Transfer mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
