2 cups of whole Milk

3 Egg

1 tablespoon of white Sugar

1 teaspoon of Salt

3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil

Butter

½ cup of hot Water

2 Chicken

3 cups of Gruyere Cheese

Directions
Even though crepes originated in France, they have been increasingly popular in the states. This particular crepe recipe is so easy to prepare, you probably have most of the ingredients you need in your fridge right now.

Prepare the crepes. In a bowl, add in the eggs, dash of salt and white sugar. Whisk until mixed. Add in the whole milk, hot water and all-purpose flour. Whisk until just mixed. |

In a skillet set over medium to high heat, grease with the cooking spray. Add ¼ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl the skillet around to coat the bottom with the batter. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip. Continue to cook for 1 minute or until gold. Remove and transfer onto a plate. Repeat and set the crepes aside. |

Add 2 tablespoons of the cooked chicken and 4 tablespoons of the Gruyere cheese onto each crepe. Roll tightly and place with the seam side facing down into a baking dish. Repeat. |

Place into the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |

Remove and serve immediately with the sour cream. |
