¼ cup of Powdered Sugar

1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice

½ teaspoons of Lemon Zest

½ teaspoons of pure Vanilla

Directions
If you have the sudden urge to spoil yourself, then this is one crepe dish that will certainly do the trick for you. It combines a delicious breakfast dish with a dessert classic.

Prepare the crepes. In a bowl, add in the butter, whole milk, eggs, dash of salt and all-purpose flour. Stir well until smooth in consistency. |

In a skillet set over medium to high heat, grease with cooking spray. Add ¼ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl the skillet around to coat the bottom with the batter. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip. Continue to cook for 1 minute or until gold. Remove and transfer onto a plate. Repeat and set the crepes aside. |

Prepare the filling. In a bowl, add in the soft cream cheese, powdered sugar, pure vanilla, lemon juice and zest. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth in consistency. |

In the center of each crepe, spread the filling. Roll tightly and transfer onto serving plates with the seam side facing down. |
