1 tbsp raw Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp raw, shelled Pumpkin Seeds
2 tbsp raw Almonds
1½ cups unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp raw Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded Coconut
2 each medium Banana
1 cup ice-2 cups or filtered Water
Shredded unsweetened Coconut , for garnish
