Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking water. |

Cook the shrimp and radishes in the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, tossing occasionally, until the shrimp are opaque, 4 to 6 minutes. Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Toss with the pasta, butter, tarragon, zest, and reserved cooking water. |
