Season the steak with ¼ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Cook in the oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat, 6 to 10 minutes for medium-rare; let rest for 5 minutes and slice. |

Add the chard and garlic to the skillet and cook until tender, 4 to 6 minutes. |

Divide the chard, steak, and mozzarella among 4 soft rolls. Grill, pressing, until the cheese is melted, 8 to 12 minutes. Serve with carrot sticks. |
