2 ripe small red Apples
For the Filling
2 cups of Rambutan hearts
½ cup fresh Coconut Cream
1 tsp Agar Agar
Pinch of Cinnamon

Steps

Done

Cut in the middle the apples and empty the inside part.

Coconut Cream

Freeze the coconut 1 hour before use.

Put the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend very well. Refrigerate afterwards.

For Flling

Freeze rambutan hearts for 2 hours. Mix agar agar seaweed with warm water and stir.

Put the coconut cream, the cinnamon and the rest of the ingredients into the blender.

Blend well till the mixture gets creamy.
