Ingredients

1 cup Coconut flesh
½ cup of soaked Cashew
½ cup of soaked and peeled Almonds
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp ground Black Pepper
3 tbsp finely chopped Green Onion
1 minced Garlic clove
1 big red Bell Peppers cut in the middle
1 medium Tomato
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of hot Chili Powder
1/3 cup shredded Carrots
1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
Salt

Savory crust made with coconut, red bell pepper and paprika. It can be used for crust, tarts or crackers.

Steps

In a food processor put the coconut, the cashews, the tomato, the oil and the spices.

Process for a while. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse 4-5 times avoiding to melt the ingredients.

Apply the dough on a dehydrator sheet or molds and dehydrate for 10 hours.

For crackers must be dehydrated for more hours.
