Ingredients

For Crepe
1 Zucchini
1 cup of Coconut flesh
2 tbsp ground Flax Seeds
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of ground Black Pepper
1/3 tsp Spirulina
Black Sesame Seeds
Salt
For Filling
1 Courgette chopped
½ cup Coconut flesh
2 cups Spinach
2 tbsp fresh Dill
2 tbsp of fresh Green Onion chopped
1 Avocado
1/3 cup Pine Nuts
¼ cup ground Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
Pinch of ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Green crepe made with zucchini, coconut and spirulina, with green filling and tzatziki sauce with sprouts.

Steps

For Crepe

Put the ingredients in the blender and blend until it gets a smooth texture.

Apply on the dehydrator sheet and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

Make a thin layer and dehydrate for 8 hours approximately.

For Filling

Add the ingredients into a food processor and process until the ingredients mix well.

Keep refrigerated afterwards.

Cut the dehydrated crème sheet into round shapes Spread the filling and roll.

Top with white sauce or tzatziki sauce and serve with alfalfa sprouts.
