3 Avocados

½ cup of Coconut

¼ cup Chickpeas Sprout

1/3 cup soaked Brazilian Nuts

1 small Tomato

2 tbsp finely chopped Parsley

1 red Bell Peppers

1 medium Cucumber

2 tbsp finely chopped fresh Dill

Cut the avocados in half and remove the kernels. With a spoon empty the 2/3 of the avocado halves. |

In a food processor put the coconut, the nuts, the chickpeas, oil, lemon, tomato and process. |

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. |

Fill the empty avocado shells. |
