Ingredients

3 big size Artichokes
½ cup Almonds paste
½ cup soaked Cashew
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ cup fresh Dill chopped
1/3 cup Cabbage cubes
Pinch of ground White Pepper
Salt
Pinch of Mustard Powder

Classic Greek stuffed artichoke dish with cashew, almond and fresh dill fill.

Steps

For Artichoke Hearts

Peel one by one the artichokes petals until you reach the yellow part.

With the knife cut and remove the hairy heart of the artichoke.

Marinate in oil, garlic, lemon and salt for 2 hours.

For Filling

Put the filling ingredients into a blender.

Blend until it becomes creamy; add water if needed.

Fill the artichokes with the mixture and serve with salad and sprouts.
