4 medium organic Tomatoes Juice

1 Cucumber

1 green Bell Peppers

1 medium Red Onion

1 cup (250 ml) of Greek pitted Kalamata Olives

Salt

4 tbsp good quality extra virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

½ tbsp dried Oregano

8 oz (225 ml) creamy Greek Feta Cheese
Directions
A really authentic traditional Greek salad recipe should be of little ingredients. Straightforward and fresh, just as it’s served across the historic lands of Greece. The greatest thing is that this flavour-packed salad can be made in about 10 minutes flat!

Cut the tomatoes into wedges or large chunks. |

Cut the cucumber into small chunks or cartwheels. |

Slice the bell pepper into thin rings. |

Cut the red onion in half and thinly cut into half-moon type slices (optional). |

Now place all four vegetables into a large salad dish and add 250 ml (a cup) of the pitted Kalamata olives. |

Next, add a pinch of salt to season and then pour over the red wine vinegar and olive oil. |

Very gently toss everything to combine, taking care not to mix too much and damage the ingredients. |

Finally add the feta chunks on top and sprinkle over the dried oregano. |
