2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

1 small bunch of Chicory

Set your grill to preheat to medium heat and lightly grease your grill rack. |

Combine the sour cream, parsley, chopped shallots and honey mustard. Cover and set away to refrigerate until you are ready to serve. |

Rub both sides of tuna with Montreal seasoning. Grill for 6 minutes in total, turning once. Keep the cooked tuna warm on a plate. |

Spread the cream mix onto your buns, then lay the tuna on top. |

Top the tuna with your sour cream mixture and endive before closing. Serve and enjoy. |
