2 cups of pitted, sliced Peach

1 cup each of Blueberries

¼ cup of chopped Ginger

2 tbsp of Maple Syrup

1 tbsp of chopped fresh Mint

24 slices of Baguette

1 tbsp of melted Butter

1 tsp of ground Cinnamon

1 tsp of Granulated Sugar

¼ cup of Cream Cheese
Directions
Fresh berries and peaches, kissed by maple syrup, along with fresh mint, all rest comfortably on cream cheese, creating this lovely dessert or light brunch. Try it yourself you may be making it often once you taste it.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. |

Combine ginger, raspberries, blueberries and peaches in a medium bowl. Drizzle them with the syrup. Gently toss and combine well. Sprinkle with the mint and allow the fruit to sit for 12-15 minutes. |

Arrange the baguette slices on rimmed cookie sheet. Lightly brush one side of them with butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. |

Bake in center of oven till golden and toasted this usually takes six to eight minutes. Turn once. |

Spread the top with cream cheese. Top with the peach mixture and serve. |
