Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
6 oz (170 g) Butter , softened
1 Lemon Zest
½ Lemon Juice
½ tsp Sea Salt
Ground Black Pepper
4 oz (110 g) toasted Hazelnuts , finely chopped
1 ½ lb (670 g) Green Beans , trimmed

In a bowl, mix together the butter, lemon zest and juice, sea salt, pepper and hazelnuts until completely combined.  This is enough for 2 batches of green beans so keep remainder in ‘fridge.

Cook the beans in boiling water for 5 – 7 minutes under tender.  Drain beans well, return hot beans to the pan and toss well with Lemon Hazelnut Butter.
