4 Romaine Lettuce or butter lettuce leaves
3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

On a large baking sheet, mix the mushrooms with the olive oil and garlic powder, and add pepper and salt for seasoning. Roast until the mushrooms are browned and slightly shrunken for 30 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, and toss with the sesame oil and chili paste.
