Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
8 oz chopped semisweet Chocolate
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
½ cup Coffee
2 tbsp Grand Grand Marnier
3 Egg yolks
2 tablespoons Sugar
1¼ cups whipped Cream
1 tbsp unflavored Gelatin

The only word for this creamy dessert is divine. The recipe can also be used as a pie filling.

Steps

Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan over low heat.

Pour in half of the coffee and 2 tbsp. liqueur and stir for 5 minutes.

Set aside to cool.

Whip the eggs, sugar and the remaining coffee in a bowl.

Place in a pan and cook until near boiling.

Remove from the stove and stir in the chocolate mix.

Place the pan on ice or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Combine the whipped cream and the gelatin and stir into the chocolate mix.

Transfer the mousse to dessert dishes and refrigerate for 4 hours.
