8 oz chopped semisweet Chocolate

3 tbsp Unsalted Butter

½ cup Coffee

2 tbsp Grand Grand Marnier

3 Egg

2 tablespoons Sugar

1¼ cups whipped Cream

1 tbsp unflavored Gelatin
Directions
The only word for this creamy dessert is divine. The recipe can also be used as a pie filling.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan over low heat. |

Pour in half of the coffee and 2 tbsp. liqueur and stir for 5 minutes. |

Set aside to cool. |

Whip the eggs, sugar and the remaining coffee in a bowl. |

Place in a pan and cook until near boiling. |

Remove from the stove and stir in the chocolate mix. |

Place the pan on ice or in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. |

Combine the whipped cream and the gelatin and stir into the chocolate mix. |

Transfer the mousse to dessert dishes and refrigerate for 4 hours. |
