1½ pounds ground Beef
1 medium Onion (peeled, chopped)
1 (12 ounce) bottle Chili Sauce
1 (10¾ ounce) can condensed Tomato soup, undiluted
½ cup canned Pumpkin
½-1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
6-8 Hamburger Buns (toasted, split)

Browned hamburger and onions seasoned with pumpkin pie spice in a tomato sauce and served over toasted split buns makes a welcome change from a regular meal of burger and fries.

In a large frying pan or skillet, cook the ground beef along with the onion over moderate heat until no pink remains. Drain any excess oil.

Add the chili sauce along with the tomato soup, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil before reducing the heat.

Cover and simmer for 60 minutes, until thickened. Serve over the split buns.
