Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Holding the halves in your hand, slice the flesh into chunks inside the skin, then scoop out into a bowl, using a spoon. |

Season with the black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, and salt. Mash with the back of a fork, then fold in the cilantro, lime juice, and red onion. |
