Before doing anything, allow the Foodi to preheat for 3 minutes. While the unit preheats, you should prepare the onion. |

After the preheating is done the cooker is hot, add the yellow curry paste and onions. |

Stir the onions around for a while with a wooden spoon, this will make them coated evenly with the curry; after stirring, allow the onions and the curry to cook for 5 minutes. |

While waiting for the onion, you should start preparing the bell pepper and garlic, as well as the salmon, if you do not have it ready yet. Once the onions are tender, you should then go ahead to add the bell pepper and garlic. Cooking this should take about 2 minutes. |

The next step is to pour in the coconut milk and add a small quantity of fish sauce; stir to mix them together. |

Next is to place the salmon fillets on top of the curry mixture; close the lid, and press the steam function. Allow it to steam for 9 minutes. |

While waiting for your salmon fillets to steam, you can spiralize the zucchini. |

Once the countdown is up, open the lid of the cooker, and put the zucchini delicately on top of the fish. Close the lid, and set the time to a minute, to allow it steam a little bit more. |

After this, turn off the Foodi, and remove the lid. Remove the zucchini noodles to a large bowl, put a salmon fillet on top of each mound of zucchini, after that ladle on the sauce with the onions and bell peppers. |

It should be noted that in the absence of a fish sauce, a small quantity of soy sauce would work just fine as a replacement. However, it should be used subtly and with caution. |

Another challenge is the yellow curry paste. While it is very good with a very flavor, it is very difficult to find; you can either order online or go to an Asian food mart. These are very long processes, thereby making a very big stress. You can, however, you can use pastes like the green or red curry paste; although the flavor will be distinctively different. |

Alternatively, you can make your own yellow curry paste. There are recipes which can easily be used, and your yellow curry paste will taste just as wonderful as that which you would get in a restaurant. Just make sure you follow the instructions closely. |
