This is such a great, quick and simple to make pumpkin soup recipe, a classic version that has everything you will ever need for a traditional soup. One that you will crave again and again. Simply delicious.

Add the peeled and diced pumpkin, onion, vegetable stock and water into a saucepan. |

Boil on full heat for 15 minutes or until the pumpkin is really tender. |

Now, using a blender, mix to a smooth paste, season with salt and pepper to taste and then simmer for a further 15 minutes on the hob. |

Finally add a swirl of cream and serve immediately. |
