1 400 gram tin Cannellini Beans

1 400 gram tin red Kidney Beans

1 800 gram tin diced Tomatoes

Preheat camp oven and add a good splash of oil. Add bacon and onion and fry for 2 minutes. |

Add beans, diced tomatoes and tomato paste, stir to combine. |

Cover and bake for 15- 20 minutes ensuring you stir every 5 minutes or so, so beans do not stick to the base. |
