The first step is to pour oil into the cooking pot of the foodi, after pouring in the oil, preheat it. |

After heating the oil, the next step is to add ginger, garlic, and half the green onions to the cooking pot. Cook uncovered for about 3 minutes, this should allow you enough time for the garlic to become tender. Stir occasionally as it cooks. |

The next step is to stir orange juice, water, soy sauce, and sugar into the cooking pot. After this, place frozen fish into the multi-purpose pan (this can be gotten from the Ninja website, or elsewhere). |

The next step is to put the reversible rack in the cooking pot; make sure the rack is set to the lower position. Place the multi-purpose pan on the reversible rack. Close the air crisping lid, and set the bake/roast function; set the temperature to 350 Degrees F and set the cooking time for 5 minutes. |

After cooking for 10 minutes, place snap peas on top of the fish. Cover the lid and cook 5 more minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with fork and until the snap peas are tender-crisp. Check for how well cooked it is after 3 minutes of cooking time. |
