1 28 ounce can diced Tomatoes
5 Garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons crushed Chili Pepper
¼ cup of fresh Parsley , chopped
1 cup dry White Wine
¼ cup extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoons Sea Salt
1 teaspoon black ground Black Pepper

With flavorful garlic, spicy chili pepper, and rich extra-virgin olive oil, this dish is a real treat for seafood lovers. This dish is best enjoyed with warm friends and cool, white wine.

In a large pot, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and chili pepper over medium heat, until garlic is soft, about 30 seconds.

Add the can of diced tomatoes (with juices), wine, salt, and pepper. Simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, stirring often.

Add the mussels and parsley and continue cooking, covered, over medium-high heat for an additional five to seven minutes. The mussels are ready when they open up. Discard any unopened mussel shells.
