Put, into food processor, ground chicken, white cabbage, green onion, finely grated ginger, garlic clove, soy sauce (or weipa), sake, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper. |

Turn the food processor in several strokes. This is the filling. |

Wet one half edge of a wrapper with water. |

Put 1 teaspoon filling at the center of each gyoza wrapper. |

Close the wrapper by bringing the dry edge to the wetted edge. |
