½ cup BBQ Sauce

100 g mild Salami

Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add water and oil, and mix well. Turn dough on a floured surface then knead until smooth. |

Place dough in a large, lightly greased bowl, cover and set aside in a warm spot until dough doubles in size, around 45 minutes to an hour. |

Whilst dough is rising, brush sides and base of a 9 quart camp oven and a foil covered trivet with oil. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. |

Once dough is ready, divide into six equal portions. Flatten each portion to around 2cm thick and divide the meat mixture evenly onto centre of dough. Fold dough over and press edges together to seal. Arrange in camp oven, seal side up and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. |
